Customer Focus
Bringing about sensitivity to customer's changing desires and taking the lead in creating desire. The process of improving Customer Service and Quality is achieved through a focus on Total Quality Management (TQM). Thousands of improvement projects are being implemented across the organization. This process has become an integral part of of Ipca's System and all the employees who join the company, from the lowest level to the highest, undergo a 3-Day TQM Awareness Programme. The objective is not only to focus on intensive improvement at work place but also on how to bring changes that create an impact on quality of life of an individual and others in the surroundings.

Continual Learning and Improvement
Ipca’s Senior Management is evaluated through the process of Management By Results (MBR) and other employees are evaluated on their key activities and behavioral traits. Employees are rewarded appropriately, based on their completion of goals and also for their is high level of commitment, initiative and quality of output. Employees are provided with constant feedback and counselling for improving their performance.

Flexible organization structure
Ipca is always willing to try new structures in new situations. The dynamic change in the business requirements is effectively handled by maintaining a flexible organization structure and openness. Delegation of authority and responsibility and freedom to work has enhanced decentralization resulting in quick and effective decision making. The senior management including Executive Directors and Managing Directors interact with employees at different levels at different forums. Employee level or category does not restrict the access to top management. The non-hierarchical reporting and feedback are being used effectively and have improved communication amongst all levels.
